What do I need to do?

The commitment is straightforward:

• Training : we will help you develop the skills you already have, so you feel confident to take on the role.
• Contact : usually 1-2 hours with your mentee per month. However, you may find that less or more contact is ideal.
• Support : you will support your mentee — and WellMentors ® will be there to support you.

Do I get paid for this?

• It’s voluntary, but we do cover your out-of-pocket expenses and our training and accreditation are free.
• You’ll benefit by learning to test and challenge assumptions and by meeting other high-achieving business people.
