HighGrowth East Midlands is the exciting new flagship business support scheme from the East Midlands Development Agency (emda).
It has been designed to help ambitious and forward thinking businesses achieve their potential and to enhance sustainability in existing high growth businesses in the region. As part of emda’s long-term strategy to stimulate high-quality innovation and accelerate regional economic growth; this new scheme will provide top quality, world-class support that will make a real difference to business competitiveness.

As well as providing bespoke, tailored and individual support, HighGrowth East Midlands also offers the chance to be part of an elite network of like-minded businesses with access to a variety of business support activities. These range from regional networking events to international learning journeys and opportunities to promote your business to a wider audience.
The Growth Readiness element of the scheme is for businesses that aspire, and are ready and able, to grow. It focuses on unlocking the belief and potential within the company and supporting the development of a strategic growth plan.
Growth Readiness involves a six-month package of support, including:
• Initial diagnosis of development potential
• A one-day coaching module covering business and strategic planning
• Five days of individual coaching, focusing on the major barriers to growth identified in the initial diagnosis
How do I get involved?
If you can answer YES to the following questions about your business, you may be eligible to receive this exclusive HighGrowth East Midlands package of support.
1. Is your business located in the East Midlands - Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Rutland or Northamptonshire?
2. Has your business been operating for at least one year?
3. Was your last full year’s financial turnover between £200,000 and £10million?
