FROM THE NORTH

Follow the A1 Southbound. After the A607 exit and just before a footbridge that crosses over the A1, turn right signposted to Hungerton (you will need to cross over the northbound carriageway). Follow this road for approximately ¾ of a mile taking the first left, signposted to Stoke Rochford and Skillington. Continue for a further ¾ of a mile until the first turning on the left signposted to Welland Enterprise and South Lincolnshire Enterprise Centre. Having turned left, please follow the signs to our offices and parking facilities.

FROM THE SOUTH

Follow the A1 Northbound towards Grantham. After the A151/B676 roundabout DO NOT TAKE THE TURN SIGNPOSTED TO STOKE ROCHFORD. Immediately after a footbridge that crosses over the A1, turn left signposted to Hungerton. Follow this road for approximately ¾ of a mile taking the first left, signposted to Stoke Rochford and Skillington. Continue for a further ¾ of a mile until the first turning on the left signposted to Welland Enterprise and South Lincolnshire Enterprise Centre. Having turned left, please follow the signs to our offices and parking facilities.

LEAVING THE CENTRE

Return to the A1 and turn LEFT heading North. If you wish to go South, do not attempt to cross the central reservation, head North on the A1 and leave at the next exit, cross the bridge and TURN RIGHT.
