CEO of Welland Enterprise. Emma's business background is in banking and business support, she brings energy and great experience to Welland Enterprise Agency. Emma heads up the NES, EYOL and Success for Welland Women projects.

Dave Moore - Commercial Manager

Dave is the Commercial Manager at Welland Enterprise, as our money expert he oversees our accounts. Dave has a wealth of experience having run his own rural business in the Melton area.
Dave Moore also manages the Melton Mowbray Rural Advice Centre based in the Cattle Market and is the Business Advisor for the Melton area.

Jerry has a background in the financial industry and has spent many years as a sales trainer. Jerry trains on a number of our start up training courses.

Ian’s business career has given him experience of a variety of industrial sectors which has enabled him to develop a good all round general knowledge. He brings to Welland Enterprise Agency’s clients hands on experience of business start up through to stock market flotation.

Brian Berry - Quality Control

Over the last few years whilst employed by Business Link Northamptonshire and latterly Welland Enterprise Agency, Brian has completed structured analysis/diagnosis with a number of business owners/managers helping them to develop a business plan and implement an action plan to ensure they achieve their business aims and objectives.

Heather Smith - Marketing Manager & Women's Champion

Heather is responsible for all WEA's marketing activities and is in close liason with local advertising companies promoting the varied events that we run.
She is also project manager for the Women's Programme that WEA is currently running.

Ollie Chapman- Office and Project
Co-ordinator

Ollie is responsible for the looking after WEA's Business Link programme, updating the company website and also the day to day administration of the Welland Enterprise Agency Office Premises.

Sheila Davenport - Project Manager

Sheila is responsible for the day to day running of the Job Centre contract and is also one of WEA's business advisors covering the South Holland and South Kesteven areas.

Joanne is responsible for the administraion of the WEA's Business Link programme, Book Keeping courses and is the first point of contact for all clients ringing WEA or entering our office premises.
